For StacyS--recipe for homemade "Bailey's Irish Creme"

2 cups of half and half (a pint container)
1 can of Sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp chocolate sauce (like Hershey's or whatev)
3 eggs (raw--but we've been drinking it for 20 years and we're alive

)
2/3 cup (less or more, to your liking)of Irish whiskey (or any whiskey)

Put all in blender, sweetened cond milk LAST (its thick and gets stuck at bottom) and blend first on low, and then high, till thoroughly mixed. Re-buzz in blender everytime you re-serve. May keep blender-full in fridge for about 12 hours. Due to eggs, I wouldn't keep it any longer than that.

Costs about 1/3 what bottled Baileys does.

Thank you so much! My DBF loves Chip Shots (Coffee w/Baileys & Tuaca). This recipe is perfect timing, because we're going camping and he wants to bring the stuff for Chip Shots.

Just wanted to say thanks again! DBF LOVED IT! It's really nice being able to adjust the ingredients. We normally think the "real" Bailey's is too sweet, so this was perfect!
