Weight Watchers Recipes
I am in need of recipes by the weight watcher's points. Recipes I need most are for the crock pot since I've been working late the past month. I have one recipe that I will post later on today. Have to head to work! Thanks!

Thank you so much. Here's one that I have made and it turned out very good.
Herbed Chicken and Potatoes
3-4 garlic cloves
1tsp salt
1/2tsp pepper
four 3-oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1Tbsp olive oil
1 sprig fresh rosemary
1/4cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup lemon juice
12 small potatoes
Crush garlic. In small bowl combine garlic, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture over chicken. Brown chicken on both sides. Put chicken in slow cooker. Top with rosmary and half the parsley. Add broth and lemon juice to skillet, increase heat to high, and cook, stirring up browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Pour liquid over chicken. Arrange potatoes around the chicken. Cover and clook low 8 hours or high 4 hours. Sprinkle with remaining parsley before serving.Danielle
