I do mine 3lbs lbs of slaw mix w/3 cups mayo, 3 cups sugar, 2-4 tablespoons vinegar and 1 tablespoon garlic powder. Then I mix and let it sit in the fridge for a few hours. After that I taste it and add a little more of whatever ingredient it seems to need a boost of.

I am not one to cook by a set recipe. I am more of an "add a bit of this" and "put in a dash of that". The only rule I really follow with the cole slaw is to use equal parts of mayo and sugar with just enough vinegar and garlic to liven it up.

    Cabbage, green & red
    Carrots or raddishes
    Kraft coleslaw dressing

I've never been able to produce a nice coleslaw dressing on my own, it's always watery. Kraft helps me, lol.

    Here's mine:

    Cole Slaw

1 16 oz bag cole slaw mix
    2/3 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 cup sugar
    3 Tbs milk
    2 Tbs vinegar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper

Toss cole slaw mix in bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over cabbage mixture; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate several hours or over night to allow flavors to blend.

    Yield: 6 servings
