    Default Smoked links from Aldi's

    Last month I purchased a large pack of smoked link sausage and threw it in the freezer. I'm having a large gathering next week and plan on using them (since I now have to thaw the entire pack).

    I've never had them before and don't know the best way to prepare them. Any ideas?

    I was thinking of just putting them in a large roasting pan and letting them slowly brown in the oven. Would they be good with the usual suspects? (ketchup, mustard, cheese sauce, onions, saurkraut?)

    Hi,
    Often these are already cooked. If you oven roast them, just be careful to not roast too long.

    I like these on the grill.

    Another way is to cut them into sections and toss with pasta and a good red sauce.
