    Exclamation Another Turtle recipe

    TURTLES

    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 c. light cream
    1/4 c. butter

    Cook at 244 degrees F. - between soft and hard ball stages. Butter pans and cover bottoms with pecans. Pour in candy and cool. Cut into squares. Dip into chocolate.
