Big batch of steel cut oats in the crockpot with various dehydrated/freeze dried fruit and powdered milk added. I put in the fridge and and hubby and I dish up a cup in the morning and nuke. Hubby eats his on the way to work every morning.

It's an Alton Brown recipe that called for half and half. I just use powdered milk or my latest use is dairy whey based milk alternative.
