Thanks for the link! I love cilantro but I can see why it's a love it or hate it thing for people.

Very interesting article, thanks for the link.
I never like cilantro until I was pregnant w/ my second child, I craved for it (no idea where that came from), thought I would go back to the old way after baby was born, nah, didn't happen.
I prefer it raw, it smells & tastes slightly different when cooked. I found out that chewing cilantro after eating raw onions (in salad), it takes away that onion-taste-breath.
Maybe it is an acquired taste, like many other food, try eating it a few more times & combining w/ different food to bring out its favourable taste.

"Verrrry Interesting" as Colonel Klink would say. Your tastebuds are your tastebuds and the nose knows, lol. I'm not a fan either, thanks for some validation Nancy. You are not alone my food loving friend.

I'm also "it tastes like soap" person but it's in SO many salsas here in Texas that I just pick it out. Think I'll print that article and carry with me to show friends why I pick it out. Green "soap" flakes. . .

I love Cilantro!!! You either love it or hate it.
Now I'm craving some enchiladas with a ton of Cilantro. Yum.
