    Talking Excellent customer service at Cabot Cheddar!

    I am so happy. I emailed Cabot Vermont cheddar company and told them how much I love their product and asked for some coupons. See, I am from VT and even though I am in FL, I still buy only Cabot Cheddar. I love their cheese and it reminds me of home. It tends to be pricey, unless Publix is having a good sale. They sent me a very nice email, and today I got an envelope of 5 coupons as well as some information! I am so pleased to find a company that I love so much also have such great customer service.

    I love their cheese too!! Glad to hear about great customer service - mahalo for the reminder - need to find if they sell anywhere in Hawaii!!

    I found their customer service wonderful too. Several years ago I bought a block of their cheddar, and when I cut into it, it had this translucent glutinous glob in it. I wrote them, telling them how much I loved their cheese (I do!), and explained the problem, and that I assumed it might be just some glitch in that batch, that I was not upset, but just wanted to let them know. I too got a nice letter and some awesome coupons, two or three for, if I remember, $3 each.

    Our Walmart used to carry it for a very good price, but I haven't seen it there lately. I need to look for another source.

    Even better - after I found a worm in a fast food salad (no company name, they're good and these things happen), I got a $20 gift card!

    Cabot IS awesome. Their cheese is lactose-free, and it's sooooo good. I emailed them a while back and asked them if ALL of their products are LF (eg their sour cream)...they replied back almost immediately and sent coupons too
