How about some fun pinwheels.

guacamole
sprouts
chopped tomatoes
provolone cheese
and a little mayo for the glue

Spread it all on a tortilla and roll it up and put in saran wrap to chill. Cut into thirds.

Plenty of calories to burn off.

I will bring some homemade chocolate biscotti and homemade ice cream. Plus a bunch of boxes of dryer sheets to help keep the bugs away.

We have monster sized mosquitoes (or as we natives call them, 'skeeters) here in Alabama. We always keep a dryer sheet in one of our pockets to keep them away.
