Default Can I freeze chick pea?

My daughter and I both love them . I found a bag of dried chick peas at walmart the other day and I was quite pleased. I soaked and cooked them yesterday but I dont think we will eat all these before they go bad. Can I freeze some of them? Thank you in advance for your help!

I've never done it but I know baked beans freeze fine.
I'd freeze them in a single layer on a cookie sheet then transfer to a freezer bag or container.

They freeze fine and I put them in freezer bags. Like Darlene said, the flash freeze method works good or sometimes I just throw them in the bags.

I do as the other ladies have suggested. I freeze them in a single layer on a cookie sheet, then pack them in freezer bags.

I freeze mine in a bowl covered with water. I have no idea why I just read to do it that way so I do. Unfortunately it makes for slow thawing time.
