i use a big elect.dutch oven first i take 2 racks of ribs pork or beef then cut into individual ribs -put in to pot and cover with 2 bottles of hickory smoked bbq sauce - then add 1 tbl.spoon soy sauce 1 tbl spoon of Worcestershire sauce 1 tbl spoon of hot sause while that is warming up cut 2 links of polska kieabasa in small pieces then add them to ribs- bring to a simmer and cover for about 1 1/2 hrs or until you can push the mest off the bone ----save the sauce and freeze it makes a great sauce when you want to bake chicken

If you like Applebees or Ruby Tuesday's ribs I believe you can find their recipes on the web.
As for BBQ sauce... I use Sweet Baby Rays.Russ
