    I have made this and it is fabulous. My daughter and I love it lightly toasted with orange butter. Yummmmmm!

    Thanks all I ended up mixing the 4 yolks with 1 egg and milk to make french toast...was getting antsy about how long the yolks were in the fridge. These are great ideas going forward though

    try getting ahold of your local food pantry or angel food ministries or equivalent perhaps? If there's a soup kitchen, they'd probably be glad to use 'em.

    Judi - thanks. As far as I know the local pantry doesn't take perishables. We tossed 6 doz last Friday and have 5 doz in the fridge now.
