I just had a delicious salad from Panera that you might be able to replicate: Tomato, Mozzarella & Basil

Never thought of this but awesome idea...
My daughter would absolutely love this, she is nine.... my cucumbers are starting to come need another few days before i pick the first batch but i have a feeling that once i start picking i will be picking every few days for a few weeks and these recipes are such a great idea.....
anyone have a sour pickle recipe....?
