The ham recipe seems spot on Polly, I use to get the Honey Baked and did a recipe that seems just like that. We can't have ham anymore but boy did I love those hams....lol Your dinner is going to be so delicious, wish I could come.

There are good aren't they?! One year my DH was gifted a HoneyBaked ham from a sub-contractor. So much better then all those bottles of alcohol that we never know what to do with. DH had a long commute and the ham smelled so good that DH could not help himself, he started nibbling on it on the way home. By the time he got home it was half gone! LOL!

I was working from about three recipes when I did that baklava.....it was like putting a puzzle together!!

I saw that it had reviews........so you are in luck!

Be sure to let us know how it turns out if you do it.
I decided that I am going to change things a bit so DS2 can eat it too. I'll be using gluten free yellow cake mix and mashed sweet potatoes instead of pumpkin.

Hopefully it will come out as good as the original recipe.

Seriously, I don't blame you and I too would rather get rid of any bs in my life I could. Donkeys, love it.
You're always welcome Palooka. Just let me know when so I can make sure to have some special dishes prepared for you.

And yeah, the first year DH was laid off and Christmas rolled around, and the donkeys showed their true colors it was like a dagger in my heart. The following year I did not invite any donkeys to our Christmas Supper, I did however invite them to a VERY scaled down holiday party. (I made it clear it was scaled down dramatically) and not to my surprise, but certainly my dismay, all declined. So this year, no invites, in fact they will never be invited again.

I can not remember who to give credit to for this idea, but I'm thinking about having this for any easy make ahead appetizer. I think the kids will like it/
