What are you eating for breakfast?
I haven't a clue what I'm making for dinner but right now I'm chowing down on grits with cheese and salsa. Yum!

Breakfast TIME
I made spinach, tomatoe, red onion, and Feta Omelets. I had left over tomatoes and spinach, and some feta in the fridge.

I got hooked on steel cut oats this week. I made a big batch and just kept the rest of it in the fridge. This morning, I took the last serving, added some milk, a bit of brown sugar and some chopped nuts, brought it to work with me and just nuked it for a few minutes...

I haven't eaten yet, I have to force myself to eat in the mornings. After 2-3 hours I can eat, but rarely before that. I want to eat fried eggs, toast & a skillet of fried potatoes, but.....I'm not going to. I think I'll either have oatmeal or make pumpkin muffins, or maybe even pumpkin oatmeal pancakes. I haven't decided, it depends on just how much energy I feel like expending.
