Frozen Chicken Wings - Hot to cook?
I bought a large back of frozen chicken wings since they were on sale. The package directions say to put x amount of frozen chicken wings on a cookie sheet and bake. I have done this but since they are frozen they do not cook.
Now I just defrost them before baking or deep frying them.
Do you defrost your chicken wings before cooking them? Also how do you cook your chicken wings?

i take mine frozen and rinse them till i get them unhooked together. then place them on cookie sheets with parchment paper underneath and bake at 375 for an hour then turn up when they are wet underneath to get them to brown.. and they are perfect. we sauce them last in a pan.

In the summer I usually grill them, in winter I put them in the oven.
If yours aren't cooking maybe you have to adjust the temp or time a little for your oven. You are waiting until the oven is completely preheated before you put them in, right?Use it up, Wear it out,

I cook them frozen in the oven per instructions, though I add 5-8 minutes to the cooking time.

I thaw out first in cold water. I deep fry mine for about 15 minutes then toss in hot sauce and butter 50/50.
I don't care for them baked.Bank of America is THE godfather of Hell with Wells Fargo running neck and neck. When the world ends the only things that will be left are cockroaches, Walmart, Wells Fargo and Bank of America. Not necessarily in that order. The order remains to be seen.

I think I pretty much always bake them frozen, they seem to cook just fine.
This is a great stove top recipe that you make with frozen wings:
