Question I accidently froze my eggs Are they still good?

When I put the bag of froze vegetables in the deep freeze I accidentally put two cartons of a dozen eggs each in the freeze. shells, carton and all right in the freeze. I figured it out two days later.

Are they still good? or should I throw them out?

They are safe to eat, but the texture of the yolks might not be agreeable.

Any ideas of ways I could use them up that might be more agreeable then others?

Use them in baking or scrambled/omelet/b'fast casserole/quiche

Stay away from poached, sunny side up...
