What can I make with Corn Broth?
I froze corn today and am wondering what I can make with the broth? It smells too good to throw away. Any suggestions or recipes would be appreciated?

My aunt swears by watering her plants with corn broth. If you can't find any edible use for it, if you have a garden or any plants that need watering, it would be better than having it go down the drain!

We used to drink it (same with boiled carrot water) vs our traditional broth type soup with our traditional dinners. Helped fill the tummy & give the warm, satiated feeling.
What about using it as a base for a veggie soup?
Freeze in cubes to be used later perhaps?
You could probably use it instead of water wherever a recipe calls for it. It will add extra flavour. Cook your rice in it?2012: The Year Of The Purge!

I finally used some of the corn broth that I froze back in September to make Pennsylvania Dutch-style Chicken Pot Pie. I cooked the chicken in the corn broth and then used this broth as the base for the Pot Pie. It can the chicken a sweet taste and the chicken remained very moist. Even my husband asked what kind of chicken I used. Turned out very good.

I use it to mix with powdered milk for chowder. . . make a potato soup and use the corn broth, makes it taste like you added corn to the soup, when you didn't. Also added nutrients too.
