    I don't care for it, however it is one of my son's favorites, he usually grows at least 3 plants worth of it. He is the Vegitarian of the family and he uses it in several different dishes.

    Butternut squash is my favorite! I cook it in the microwave, peel it. and then mash it up, like mashed potatoes, with milk and butter....yummy!
