if you've not tossed the frozen eggs scramble them toss in some onions and potato's and peppers.
my refrigerator if I set the eggs anywhere but the middle shelf left hand side will freeze (and I did a scientific experiment - took 3 dzn eggs cut the cartons so 6 eggs ea and placed in various parts of my refrigerator- msls was the only place they didn't freeze) anyway got tired of having ds no eat the frozen eggs because eggs shouldn't be frozen to his way of thinking so I would lay the egg on the counter for about 10 mins while i fixed whatever then it would be thawed enough for me to scramble for him. a little cheese is a great cover.
milk just give it a vigorous shake before serving.
cheese never bothered that it crumbled after freezing.
