    I'd prefer the mandarin oranges or the biscuit mix or maybe the muffin.

    The oranges seem to be the only healthy item on the list.

    There's a lot you can do with the biscuit mix.

    I personally like to cook and do often prepare muffins.

    Biscuit mix, but only because we can donate fresh or items that spoil(not a large bank here and I believe they give food stamps for fresh foods).

    Peanut butter & crackers.
    What if the person lives in their car or under a bridge... how would they make bisquits or muffins?
