SOURDOUGH RAISIN COFFEE CAKE

2 c sourdough starter
2 c Flour
1 c Sugar
2 ts Baking powder
1/2 t Soda
1/2 t Salt
3/4 c Oil
1 c Raisins or dates
1/2 c Nuts
1 t Cinnamon
1 c Brown sugar
1/4 c Melted butter

Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.

Mix first 9 ingredients and pour into a 13 x 9 pan.

Top with remaining three ingredients combines for the topping mixture.
