Marinated beef, onion, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, cherry tomatoes are our usual kabob but on occasion I have done ham and pineapple kabobs.

Beef, green pepper, onion, mushroom, pineapple. What do you use as your marinade?
I use soy sauce, pineapple juice, red pepper flakes, honey, and a dash of vinegar, and a crushed garlic clove.

I marinate everything in lite Italian salad dressing in ziplocs in the fridge. That includes: chuncks of chicken, onions, cherry tomatoes, potato chunks, and peppers. (Chicken in a seperate bag.)

I use that same marinade, but haven't tried using pineapple juice in mine. Great addition.
