Anyone have a good swedish meatball recipe?
Looking for a good swedish meatball recipe to serve over egg noodles.

Swedish Meat Balls
2 lbs. hamburger
1 - 1 1/2 tbsp. dill seed
2 eggs
2 c. fine cracker crumbs
1/2 sp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
chopped onion
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
1 pkg. oinion gravy mix
Mix all ingredients except the gravies. Shape meat mixture into balls and brown in skillet. Mix gravies as directed on packages and pour over meat balls. Simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour.
btw - this comes from my good old fashioned Mennonite cookbook.
