Question about Champagne
Our neighbor gave us a big bottle for a gift(which was so nice of them) and we do not drink....can You use it to cook with like any other wine????? Any Ideas, anyone?????

Yes, you can use it like cooking wine. You could also take the cork out and let it sit to make champagne vinegar.
I like to use wine in sauces, it gives a nice flavor.
