    Smile What's cooking 2/5

    We are having a sandwich night tonight.  I am making hot ham and cheese sandwiches and we are having potato chips and pork and beans with them.  I am making a batch of chocolate chip cookies later today so we will have cookies for afterwards.

    I have to run into town for a dr. appt this afternoon and I'll do some grocery shopping too. I'm thinking a chicken cooked outside on the rotisserie, herbed rice & sauteed squash.

    I think we're going to have breakfast night tonight...I made a few batches of pancakes last time I cooked them, so I just need to defrost them real quick

    I put red beans on in the crock pot last nite. So it's red beans, fried potatoes, maybe cornbread......YUM.
