Default What's your favorite fruit and how do you cook with it?

Mine might not actually be a fruit...

I like coconuts. I like to filter the juice from it and we sometimes drink it, sometimes mix it with other juices. Alot of time i will eat it raw, but i like to lightly toast it in the oven, sometimes i use it for cakes, other times i like it as a snakc on it's own.

I loooove blueberries--I love to make cobbler and muffins with them.

I also love cantaloupe and honeydew melon. I love a lot of fruits mixed in a fruit salad. Yummy.

I like berries, apples, peaches, cherries and bananas.

Pies, fruit salads and puddings are the ways I use them, that is if they don't get eaten as is first.

My number one fruit of all time is tomatoes, I like them sliced with a little sea salt and pepper and I loooove loooove Fried Green Tomatoes in sandwiches.

I like almost any fruit except bananas. Grapes are high on my list.
I like smoothies with berries and love apple desserts.

**edited to add* How could I forget cherries? I go through pounds of cherries every year. lol
