ummm, so how about my ultra quick, seriously preservative filled, but oh so yummy treat? Basically, take a can of apple pie filling, put it in a pan, take brown sugar pop tarts and crumble them over the pie filling. Bake for a bit, till it's hot and kinda bubbly...........oh my...........it;s soooooo yummy!

The cheating way to make pineapple upside down cake: Spray a cake pan w/ cooking spray, dump in a can of crushed pineapple, juice & all, stir in some brown sugar ( may 1/2 cup? ). Prepare a yellow cake mix per directions on box, pour that over the pineapple & bake. This is great warm or cold & if you have it, whipped topping is good on it. I try to always have a can of pineapple & a yellow cake mix on hand. I am required to take this to family card parties. It is always served warm, because I am always running late & grab it out of the oven & dash to the party!

I've done the apple pie fillign with butter and yellow cake mix, but I mix in brown sugar and cinnamon with the cake mix.
Another quick and easy is to roll marshmellows in cinnamon and wrap them in cresent rolls. Bake according to directions. They almost taste like apple turnovers.
I also do really quick apple tarts with some puff pastry and my own apple filling. I peel apples and chop them pretty small, simmer with just enough water to cover. Add in whatever seasonings you like- brown sugar, cinnamon, clove, ginger, just a little bit of butter, a little flour, and my secret, just the tiniest dash of Bailey's.

Take a cheap cheesecake mix:
make the gr cracker crust ..save a little out for topping
make the filling--using 1/2 cup less milk, mix as usual
ADD 1/2 container of Cool Whip to filling & mix
put the saved cracker crust on top.
Delish!

Instant vanilla or chocolate pudding. You can make it up cheap and fast and I like to add sliced bananas and vanilla wafers sometimes, layered like a trifle.
