    Default kebob marinade

We love kebobs in the summer and I thought I'd share my marinade recipe with you
    2T. soy sauce
    2T. honey
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1 clove garlic (smashed)
    1 tsp. lemon juice

a few shakes of red pepper flakes
half can of pineapple tidbits juice

You can put anything you like on a kebob and it is a fast cooking dinner. It does take a lot of prep work though. here is what we put on ours:
    beef
    chicken
    green pepper
    onion
    mushroom
    pineapple
small potato chunks (might help to nuke these a bit first to get them cooked enough)
    zucchinni
    cherry tomatoes

The combinations could be endless. Teamed with rice and a salad it is a great warm weather meal!

We make kabobs a lot. Usually, we throw meat of any variety, onions, potatoes, mushrooms, and pepper on the stick and grill.

My marinade is some soy sauce, melted butter, and some italian dressing.

I do a marinade similar to this, without the pineapple and add red wine vinegar. Thanks for the recipe!
