I really love sangria, but don't want to fuss with making a "real" sangria often, especially if I just want a drink for myself. I've found that filling a glass halfway with limeade or cherry-limeade (a Minute Maid drink, I buy it only if it's on sale), then filling the rest of the glass with merlot or shiraz or something similar, and then floating a thin slice of orange or lemon on it, is a great mock sangria - lighter than drinking wine by itself, and a quite refreshing.

I still need my coffee buzz, but don't have AC, so hot coffee is not that appealing - I keep a pitcher of this in the fridge, Iced Coffee Latte Recipe - Food.com - 103603

Love Watermelon and just about any fruit there is as well.

frozen drinks and homemade ice cream are great as well.
Those are my FAVORITE. I always toast them, but I don't do the cheese. I've been eating these for lunch several times a week lol.

Also homemade guacamole, plums & nectarines, anything on the grill.
