    Default Ranch Chicken Nuggets

    Ranch Chicken Nuggets (Don't forget to double recipe)

    ¼ cup Ranch mix
    ½ cup breadcrumbs
    1 ½ pounds of chicken cut into nuggets
    Mix the breadcrumbs and ranch mix together. Dip the chicken into the
    mixture. Bake in the oven at 400 for 10-15 minutes.

    I use similar flavors in a dish with chicken tenders, except I top them with the ranch salad dressing, bread crumbs, and mozzarella cheese and then bake them in a casserole.

    The nuggets sound less messy, easier for DD to handle. I'll have to try them~ thanks!

    Just wanted to add that I have now made Brenda's recipe twice and we really like these. I make them in bite-sized pieces and just put everything in a big freezer bag and shake it up to coat the chicken pieces.

    And tonight, I added some leftover pieces from yesterday to my salad-- that was really good! I think in the future I'll intentionally make extras just for salads!
