    Default No Bake Easy Butterscotch Cookies

    BUTTERSCOTCH NO BAKE COOKIES

    2 packages butterscotch morsels
    1/2 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
    3 cups corn flakes


    Mix the butterscotch morsels and peanut butter over a very low heat until the morsels melt. Place corn flakes in a large mixing bowl. Pour melted mixture over cornflakes. Drop by the spoonful onto wax paper (you can make them as large or small as you want). Let stand for about 10-15 minutes before serving allowing them time to set.
