Eggs
Can I store hard boiled eggs with out the shell? If I can what is the best way, and how long.
How long with the shells?
I am thinking this will be a good grab and go breakfast (hr. drive to school, kids are in the new town school, new house not done
so we are driving them to school)
So I am trying to think of a good protien to eat in the car.
TIA!!

The rule for safe eggs is not to use boiled eggs without shells after three days. If you boil eggs and they still have their shell, you can keep them in the fridge for a week.
