    Default Pineapple and raisin slaw

    Pineapple and Raisin Slaw


    ½ Cup Raisins
    ½ Pineapple pieces (Drained and save juice)
    2 Cups finely chopped Cabbage
    I Tablespoon Mayonnaise
    I Tablespoon Pineapple Juice

    Combine raisins, pineapple and cabbage in a dish.
    Place pineapple juice and mayonnaise in a screw top jar and shake well.
    Pour over salad and mix lightly.

    Note: 1. Make sure you buy pineapple pieces in natural juice and not syrup.
