Not including salt and pepper, what seasoning do you cook with most?  We use Cavender's Greek seasoning on just about everything.  What is your favorite?

Hot Shot-- it's a blend of red and black pepper. I cook with it and we also keep it on the table along with the salt and pepper shakers.

DH would probably say garlic if you asked him. I love garlic use it often, too-- though probably not as often as DH thinks I do. It's just that when I use it, I use a lot!

I use garlic powder, Italian classic seasoning and black pepper. I am on a low sodium diet so I don't use any salt on my food not even garlic salt. I also use onion powder if I don't have any onions.

Lots and lots of minced garlic for us. After that I literally have dozens of spices and like to experiment. We also got the BEST gift from SIL for Christmas -- homemade spice mixtures, like chicken rub, etc., in little containers. I love them and have been using them often.

Well I def need some spices! Garlic salt and seasoning salt gets old after awhile...esp when you shouldn't have too much sodium.

Garlic salt (Lowreys), Hot salt, ummmm

but we love all kinds of spices. those are just the ones other than salt and pepper (which we get the grinders for, we love the grinders) that we use often.
