I need lots of chicken recipes (casseroles). I have a few such as:
    Chicken spahgetti
    King Ranch chicken
    California chicken
    Chicken & Dumplings

and we love these, but I need more before we get burnt out on these I buy a lot of chicken b/c its least expensive and I always find it on sale. I just bought some yesterday for 35c lb.
I don't fry it...too messy & it never comes out done all the way Sometimes we grill it outside, but I never know what spices to use.

This recipe for popovers is very popular in my house.

    1 cup all purpose flour
    1 tsp salt
    3 eggs ( beaten)
2 Tlbs butter or margarine (melted)
    1 cup milk

Mix flour and salt together. In a seperate bowl add the milk and butter to the eggs, mix well. Add the egg mix to the flour mixture. At this point I use a whisk to thoughly beat out the lumps.
Pour halfway into greased muffin cups and bake for 35-40 mins @ 400 degrees.

Popovers are a great subsitute for anytime you would serve warm bread. Enjoy

I don't understand this; 15 messages and not a recipe yet. Where are they?

I love all kinds of ethnic foods, but I'd really love to see more ideas on using ground meats besides meatballs, meatloaf, and burgers.

Also healthy home-made, kid friendly snacks.

How about a trip to the public library and checking out a few cookbooks? Half the fun is looking.

Here's a great website that will give you lots of kid-friendly ideas. Especially ones they can make themselves.

I second this one! Shredded hash browns from scratch are one of the most elusive things I've tried to master. It seems like it should be so simple.
