    Default Not enough eggs?

If you're making a cake and you need three eggs but only have two, one teaspoon of vinegar will take the place of one egg in a cake batter.

Interesting! I'll have to try that sometime. I always substitute 1 T. soy flour + 1 T. water for each egg.
