    Rhonda, thanks
I add my pictures to www.photobucket.com and then copy the IMG address it "generates" in my posts. It's really easy. If you ever want help with it, plmk

    I made this tonight...

I used self rising flour and left out the baking powder and salt. I put everything in the bowl as listed and used my hand mixer. Dumped it all in the pan and spread it around! very yummy..taste like sugar cookies.

Yeah, the batter is pretty stiff. I never seperate things out. I just put the dry stuff in, crack an egg into the bowl and beat it a little, throw in the butter and mix. I mix it by hand. I usually don't put the nuts in it. They are expensive and my kids don't like them in it.

This is a good dish to take for a potluck. It is fast and simple and doesn't need refrigeration. I make a double batch. I just cook it in a 9x13. If it is a "huge" potluck (like something for a church congregation type of thing), I make a batch of vanilla and a batch of chocolate brownies (store bought mix).
