Anyone familiar w/ Lowe's -- a Texas/New Mexico food store?
I've recently seen some Lowe's ads ... can't find out much about them on the internet...their produce prices look good. But I don't know if they're worth a half-hour drive.
What do you think? Is Lowe's grocery a good deal?

We have a Lowe's near us and the prices are pretty good most of the time. I usually buy only the loss leaders and then bread, milk, potatoes that I can't stock up on at all the stores. Oh and I buy store brands for the most part b/c they don't double coupons here.

Their produce prices were very good: cabbage $0.44/lb; cauliflower $1 apiece. (Usually I see it $1/lb). Any size pumpkins $1.88 apiece. Apples 2 lbs/$1.

I'm having an awful hard time finding them on the internet. Maybe they have another name? I think they're Lowe's Super Save.
I keep hoping I'll find another Aldi.2012 Knitting in progress
