potato storage
can i put my potatoes in a solid plastic bin to store them?

So long as it's kept cool, dark, & dry it should be okay.
I would worry about sealing the container and having condensation build up though.Total Debt Paid Off $92,234

theres no lid on it.... i put it in a deep drawer i keep the potatoes in, but i got sick of them rolling around everywhere.... i'd like to get a basket sooner or later, but i hope this works for now

Without a lid, it should be okay. NEVER enclose potatoes in plastic with a lid. They get way to wet and mold & rot quickly.
