    Default Baking Powder Fact

    Baking powders' freshness can be tested by putting a teaspoon into a cup of
    hot water. If it fizzles, them it's fresh.

    Now that is a good tip, I have thrown lots of baking powder away because I wasn't sure how fresh it was! Thanks!
