    Default I had an idea...

    while watching Iron Chef...

    Why not do challenges similar to that here on FV? The idea would be to get a challenge ingredient once every two weeks. We'd come up with asmany recipes as we could for that ingredient. For instance one week chipole peppers. We could post recipes to the thread from websites, our own cookbooks, or our own origional recipes. FOr two weeks. Then once we're sure we exhausted our recipes for that ingredient, we could then move onto the next ingredient challenge.

    Anyone interested?
