What's for supper, Tuesday 1/16?
chicken/broccoli/stuffing casserole & whole wheat rolls here
This afternoon I've got a pot of chicken broth cooking to freeze for later soups. I had to cook the chicken for the casserole anyway, so I figured I'd do some broth up.
