Depression Cooking with Clara
I so dearly love this woman....
I found her on youtube last year looking for ideas on depression era cooking. I then spent the rest of the evening watching all of her videos. Clara is a 90something year old Italian great grandmother that walks you through her depression era recipes she grew up with. While preparing the food she shares how life really was during that time.
I'll post a few of my favorites, but honestly..they're all wonderful. She makes me remember to be thankful for what I have.

I watch Clara on youtube over and over. I enjoy Clara so much. My grandmothers' are in heaven, listening to her reminds me of when my grandmothers' shared their stories.
