    What a great link. I have on several occasions browned up large quantities of meat and portioned and froze for later use. It's such a timesaver, especially on those days you want a no-brainer meal.

    That's cool, but top REALLY stretch it, use 2.5 lbs. of hamburger and 2.5 cups of Texturized vegetable protein. Cuts fat and cost, and it can be used in anything with sauce, like spaghetti, or stroganoff, even hamburger helper. Freezes nicely too.
