Help..My Dh wants carrot juice?

He had it in California and just loves it..I've searched high and low in my grocery stores and can't find it anywhere..Any suggestions? I do have a KitchenAid mixer,do they make attachments? I would love to make him happy and make it for him but I have no clue...Anybody make it before? Any suggestions? TIA..

One of the V-8 juice blends is mostly carrot juice (with apple and other juices added). You can't miss it -- it's the only bright orange colored juice on the shelves.

I bet you could find a juicer at a second hand store, or on free cycle.

When I had cancer, my DH made me carrot juice everyday. We did use my grandmother's 40 yr old Champion juicer! I'd check on freecycle or craigslist...maybe you can find one! I liked my carrot juice with apples.

I juice my own and use baby carrots with apple juice sometimes to make sweeter.

Just wondering - whats the health benefits of carrot juice anyhow? And why is hubby interested in it so suddenly?

I know I can find carrot juice in the market in the produce section. There's a trend going on with the pomegranete juice and carrot juice is usually next to it. Here in Canada, I know Sobey's carries it with the Rene's Salad dressings right beside the POM pomegranete juice
