Spice shelf organization
I figured Kitchen Pantry would be about the best place to fit this. It isn't a challenge but it is decluttering and organizing.
I ordered a spice tray (best price found was $30) and even though it is pricey, I needed something to keep it all from tumbling down on me and not look as jumbled and trashy. It is a little bigger than I expected but what a difference it makes. The tray has 3 shelves each with a cubby to hold average size spice jars. All in all it can hold 27 jars. I have 3 spaces for the slightly larger jars left and will be getting them from friends. But that means 3 jars not sitting out in the open or using a larger jar than needed.
I hope the pictures aren't too big.The Free Spirit Saver who walks the path with Greebo.

I've found that the plastic lazy susan type thingies work the best for me. I think they'e made by Rubbermaid. I have one single tier for the large bottles of spices and cooking spray, etc. and one double tier for the small bottles. I've even been known to use a single tier one on the baking shelf for baking soda, baking powder, smaller bottles of veg/baking oil, salt, extracts.

I have had that same spice organizer in my favorites for about a year, I keep waiting for it to get cheaper and so far it has not. I might have to just buy the darn thing now!

I need to organize my spices, too. Every time I open the cabinet and rummage around for what I need, they come crashing down on my head.
I just have one question for you. Where is the Old Bay???
