    Default Beef Chuck Cubes

How would you cook these to put over rice? Would you marinate first and if so, in what?

    Thanks!

I would cook in crock pot if you have time. Marinate in Italian Dressing. Yum!
Also, a good simple marinade is equal parts oil, soy sauce and worchestershire sauce.

You don't have to marinate...we put them in the crockpot with a can of cream of mushroom and serve over rice, or wide/egg noodles very good.

I agree with momtoadiva. Mushroom soup in crock pot.

I would also add a little onion powder or small onion.
