    Default lunchables pizza crust

Has anyone made the little crusts that are in the "lunchable" type meals? My daughter will be taking her lunch to school this year and I would like to try to make these crusts. I make my pizza crusts from scratch, but these have a different consistency.

Do you make your pizza dough with bread flour? Give it a try sometime if you haven't, makes a nice crust your dd may prefer for her lunch.

Hmmm if she's used to your crusts...why get her used to another type of crust? Also..have you tried greek style pita's? I think those are the consistency you're looking for, its not your usual thin type of pita.

Thank you for your replies. I use the bread flour for my crusts. I was just looking for something that would not be quite so delicate to transport. Thank you for your suggestions. I appreciate it!!!
