    Oh post, post post away Brenda.

    This looks yummy. Actually it may help if you start a Brenda's chinese recipes thread to keep them all corralled because sometimes I see one of yours that I want to try, and it gets lost under the pile.

    Use the threads as if they were file folders for your recipes. That way we can remember oh it was one of her chicken recipes I wanted to try or one of her Chinese recipes. all in one spot.

    Make a new one when the thread gets to 2 or 3 pages.

    That is my suggestion

    but don't stop posting!!!!

    ~Thanks for bumping this. I haven't seen this thread before and I would love to try making this!
    Sweet and Sour Chicken, egg rolls and fried rice are the only Chinese foods I will attempt at home because of all the specialty ingredients and sauces most recipes call for.~
